Recipes... I am going to create a cookbook for Crex Meadows, which will include all the recipes that I have cooked here in the past 4 years plus more of my favorites that I haven't had a chance to try out on my Crex friends.  If you have a favorite game recipe, or just a darned good mainstream recipe, please email it to me at kimdauer@yahoo.com and I will include it!  I hope to get the cookbook done this winter and out in the gift shop next spring.
